Carstairs roofs in our job book
The Carstairs jobs in our book are mostly Slate, with one low-slope roof done in IB Membrane. A Slate roof suits most houses in town; where a section of roof is too flat for the 3/12 minimum, we tell you at the inspection.
Wind and storms
Open country surrounds the town, and summer storms come through with wind and hail. Interlock panels lock on four sides with no exposed fasteners, and wind resistance is warranted to 193 km/h (120 mph) installed to manufacturer specification.
